As part of the Dorking Festival of Light we are inviting families to come and make and decorate their own wooden lantern to then bring to the Festival of Light procession straight afterwards.
Details
Friday 20th February – 2pm to 5pm to make your lantern. Full materials including an LED tealight will be provided for free. We will also have free face-painting available.
All our pre-booked spaces are now full. There will be a few dropin places on the day allocated on a first come first served basis.
Then join the Light Festival entertainment and food and drink from 5:30pm outside Dorking Halls, and then the procession from approx 6:15pm which will finish at St Martin’s Church. Full details of the procession here.
