Every eligible business with a rateable value of £8,000 or above and is located in the BID area will pay the BID Levy. The BID Levy is calculated as 2% of the premises’ rateable value.

The voluntary contribution for those businesses within the BID area and who are below this rateable value are asked to voluntarily contribute the lowest rate that BID Levy Payers are required to pay, which is currently £160 per year. This is the minimum contribution for a voluntary levy payer.
