Have your say in the DorKing Coronation celebration of local art and artists! Voting closes 9th April at 6pm.
The theme of the installation is: ‘Celebrating Dorking’s Heritage, Culture and Spirit’. We have welcomed all artists, at any skill level, from all areas of Dorking and the local area to submit their vision of what makes Dorking unique.
We will display your favourite pieces of art on large, open air sails at the entrances of town and across a large banner across West Street. Don’t worry about the dimensions of the works, we will sort that all out. The vertical and horizontal banners will remain during the summer months for everyone to enjoy and appreciate. Members of our wonderful local business community have also offered to feature and celebrate our winning artists’ work in their shops.
