It is with deep gratitude and humility that I received this letter and wrote a response to Sir Clive Alderton, The Principal Private Secretary to The King and The Queen Consort, on behalf of the Dorking Town Partnership.
I am honoured to receive Sir Clive’s congratulations and generous, kind words. It is with great pleasure that I send my most sincere thanks to him for taking the time to recognise our community in this way.
I will happily share his sentiments with our wonderful community, which I am sure will be warmly received.
We look forward to celebrating His Majesty the King not only this weekend, but continuing “The Big Help Out” legacy long after the DorKing Coronation.
