The session is designed as a hands-on, practical introduction to using AI tools for small-business productivity, with a strong focus on real, everyday tasks.
What the Workshop Covers
- Understanding what ChatGPT (or any other AI tool) is (and isn’t)
- How to write effective prompts to get useful results
- Practical business use cases (marketing, admin, planning, customer communication)
- Personalising outputs to match your business tone and needs
- An introduction to five of the most useful AI tools for improving productivity in small businesses (not just ChatGPT)
- Creating a tailored “master prompt” you can reuse in their business

By the end of the session, you will:

✔ Leave with practical outputs (e.g. social media ideas, email drafts, plans)
