If you are a business or community group/organisation who would like to take part in our Festival of Light, you can do so by making a lantern at one of our community workshops on Wednesday 11th February.
We will provide all the materials and instructions/demonstration to help you create a willow lantern and we’ll even provide an LED light so you can illuminate your creation at the procession.
This workshop will not only mean you go away with a lantern for the procession, it also a great mindful and creative activity and a great networking opportunity too, to meet other businesses and groups in the area.
We also welcome any group leaders who want to come a long and learn how to make a lantern so that they can lead their group to make their own lantern in their own setting.
All materials and attendance is free.
