Mole Valley District Council has confirmed three full days of free parking in all MVDC-owned car parks in Dorking over the festive season:
Saturday 29th November
Saturday 6th December
Saturday 13th December
That means you can enjoy all the activities happening in town this Christmas from gift shopping to festive food, live entertainment and family events without thinking about parking fees.

Hello Dorking Christmas Trail (22nd Nov – 5th Jan)
Collect a sheet, explore the town, spot the festive clues and enter to win cinema tickets.
Roll Up, Dorking! Christmas Festival (Sunday 30 Nov, 11am–5pm)
A full day of music, markets, family fun, street entertainment and festive magic across the whole town centre.
Small Business Saturday (6 Dec)
Shop local, meet Santa’s elf, enjoy mulled wine in St Martin’s Walk, join in with carols and support the brilliant independent businesses that make Dorking special.
On these free-parking Saturdays you don’t need to print or display a ticket, plus, Sundays are always free in MVDC car parks.
