We are looking for an Optical Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with selecting frames and lenses, performing basic vision checks, and providing advice on the best eyewear options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to patients.
- Assist optometrists with patient examinations.
- Educate patients on proper eyeglass care and maintenance.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
- Assist with frame selection and adjustments.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- General dispensing and glasses care, training will be given
Job Type: 37.5 hours across Monday to Sunday

Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.30).
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity across our six Surrey offices. We’re looking for an experienced photographer who can bring our properties and brand to life through compelling photography, videography and some digital content.
You will be responsible for working with our sales teams to understand property highlights and capture high-quality professional photographs of residential and commercial properties. You will need to create engaging video tours and footage of properties and edit all assets to ensure optimal quality and presentation. You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual content aligns with brand standards.
You will have proven experience in property photography and the capability to produce floor plans. Proficiency with video equipment, including drones (CAA certification beneficial). Strong portfolio demonstrating composition, lighting and property presentation skills. Excellent editing skills using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro and an understanding of property marketing principles.
You will need a full UK driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
