Dorking Specsavers are celebrating after winning big this month. The team took the award for the Best Place to Work, and came top out of 1,000 stores UK wide!

“My team are so thrilled to have won this accolade recognising how special they are! Photographers/authors/musicians/bakers/artists – The Dorking Specsavers store has it all! The town of Dorking is special, and hence we need a special kind of workforce to look after our patients. We strive to continually improve our skills and have over 9 General Optical Council registrants! I’m so proud of them and the work they do every day. After winning on Friday, we have proudly put Dorking on the map!“
As well as the excitement of winning and the awards ceremony the team also had a film crew came to visit the store recently and interviewed the team when we were shortlisted to the top 3.
