Two of Dorking’s BID businesses have won big in the last few weeks.
Firstly, Dorking Solarium made it to the finals of Englands business awards 2024, competing in the category of “Best Tanning Salon in Surrey” and won! This business is based in the hidden gem of Old Kings Head Court, just off the High Street by Pump Corner, and offers both stand up and lay down beds.
Teresa Weller Hair Art won not one but two awards at the Salon Awards 2024, Best Bridal Stylist and Creative Image of the Year at a glittering event in London. Teresa and her team are busy preparing for a move into new larger premises in South Street in the new year, so this award really cements their place as a business growing in the best way.
