The Dorking Butchery was founded in 2016 by two young butchers, Alex Emmett and Gary Core.

At the butchery, they supply only the best meat Britain and Surrey has to offer. Specialising in dry aged beef, matured for 4 weeks to ensure maximum tenderness and flavour, they hold time-honoured techniques above mass-produced supermarket offerings.
Over the past two and a half years, the award-winning butchers have worked tirelessly to build a small brigade of guys whose attention to detail and focus on excellent customer service is unsurpassed in the county. Whilst still retaining that traditional butcher-shop feel, Alex and Gary have brought a cool, contemporary edge to the place with their slick branding.
