Win a Mystery Picnic through Dorking & the Surrey Hills!

We’ve teamed up with AmazingCo to give one lucky winner the chance to enjoy one of their award-winning Mystery Picnics. The prize is either:

• A Premium Mystery Picnic for Two, worth £124, or
• A Family Mystery Picnic for two adults and two children, worth £112.

You can state which prize you would prefer when you enter.

Part treasure hunt, part foodie adventure, you’ll use the AmazingCo app to solve clues that lead you to independent businesses across Dorking and the beautiful Surrey Hills, including picturesque villages such as Shere and Abinger Hammer.

Along the way you’ll collect delicious picnic treats before arriving at a surprise scenic picnic spot to enjoy everything you’ve gathered.

It’s a brilliant way to discover local businesses, explore somewhere new and spend a day enjoying some of Surrey’s most beautiful countryside.

Please note that the Dorking Mystery Picnic is a driving route, so you will need access to a car for this experience. You will also need a mobile phone with internet access on the day.

4. Choose whether you would like to hear from Hello Dorking and AmazingCo.

One winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries. The winner will be contacted by AmazingCo to arrange their Mystery Picnic.

1. The promoter of this competition is Dorking Town Partnership BID Ltd, trading as Hello Dorking (“the Promoter”).
2. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, AmazingCo, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. To enter, participants must correctly answer the competition clue on the Hello Dorking website and submit their details before the stated closing date.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.
5. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
6. The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date. The winner will be notified by email by AmazingCo using the email address provided on entry.
7. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification email being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
8. The prize consists of either:
   The winner may choose their preferred option at the time of booking, subject to availability and the terms of AmazingCo.
   • One (1) Premium Mystery Picnic for two adults (approximate value £124); or
   • One (1) Family Mystery Picnic for two adults and two children (approximate value £112).
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
10. The prize must be booked and redeemed directly with AmazingCo and is subject to AmazingCo’s booking terms, availability, route availability, and any operational restrictions in place at the time of booking.
11. The Dorking Mystery Picnic is a self-drive experience and participants are responsible for arranging their own transport. A suitable vehicle and a mobile phone with internet access are required on the day of the experience.
12. AmazingCo can cater for most dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Dietary requirements and allergies should be disclosed at the time of booking. Accommodation of dietary requirements is subject to AmazingCo’s availability and policies.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, website issues, computer hardware or software failure, network issues, or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
16. Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Entry data will be used solely for the administration of the competition and notification of the winner unless participants have separately opted in to receive marketing communications from Hello Dorking and/or AmazingCo.
17. The winner agrees that the Promoter may use their first name, photograph and/or details of their prize experience for reasonable publicity purposes, including publication on the Hello Dorking website, social media channels, press releases and other promotional materials. No additional compensation will be provided for such publicity.
18. By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
19. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
