DESCRIPTION:As part of the Dorking Festival of Light we are inviting families to come and make and decorate their own wooden lantern to then bring to the Festival of Light procession straight afterwards. \nDetails \nFriday 20th February – 2pm to 5pm to make your lantern. Full materials including an LED tealight will be provided for free. We will also have free face-painting available. \nAll our pre-booked spaces are now full. Local groups\, organisations and residents coming together to make something beautiful\, take part in something shared\, and light up Dorking at a time of year when connection matters most. \nIt’s about creativity\, kindness and togetherness and we’d love you to join us for our inaugural Festival of Light. \nDetails \nFriday 20th February 5:30 – 7:00pm \n5:30pm – Gather outside Dorking Halls from 5:30pm where there will be entertainment\, a pizza truck from Monteforte and drinks available from Dorking Halls and the Sports Centre.
