The Hub Dorking is one of a network of local centres, The Surrey Hubs, which provide information and support to help people stay independent.
Hub Dorking offers information and support, advice and signposting and access to services for disabled people, older people, carers and families. Hub Dorking hosts a number of drop in sessions such as Benefits Advice, Sight for Surrey, Advocacy and ESRA (employment advice). Hub Dorking also offers a hearing aid battery replacement service for NHS customers. They can provide information about Telecare, equipment, leisure activities, and services in the Mole Valley area.
The Surrey Hubs are run by volunteers, many of whom are disabled people, older people or carers themselves and therefore understand the issues customers are facing.
